Close to the attractions, you can stop by the Ticket Desk at check-in to help plan your stay. On the days you don’t venture off property for shopping or theme parks you will have plenty to do on site. Discover a host of recreational amenities at our resort including Cenote Day Spa at Regal Palms Resort, stay active at the fitness gym or volleyball courts, play in our lush tropical swimming pavilion complete with a water slide, lazy river and a zero-entry pool. The little ones can also enjoy use of the outside playground and indoor arcade. Regal Palms is a gated community. There is a security guard at the gate available for assistance 24 hours a day. There are also four BBQ areas located throughout the community available for guest use on a first-come, first-served basis.
